EXTERIOR MATT PAINT
PLUSGUARD A*1 is a high quality, resistant to extreme climate condition, waterproofing, exterior and interior use, matt acrylic paint. It can be applied on concrete, plaster, brick, masonry surfaces, plywood, anti-rust primed steel, etc.  It has anti-fungal properties, which gives to material a mould resistance. PLUSGUARD A*1 gives outstanding economy with the advantage of a low material consumption rate, high hiding power and excellent adhesion.
PROPERTIES: PLUSGUARD A*1 provide excellent weather and pollution-resistant properties, with good hiding power, perfect water vapour permeability and low consumption, which makes material highly economical in long term of exploitation. PLUSGUARD A*1 contains high quality polymer resins to ensure excellent water and weather resistance. Formulate without using of solvent and any other hazardous additives, which makes material environmentally friendly.
AREA OF USE: PLUSGUARD A*1 can be applied on most interior and exterior finishes such a cement base renders, dry wall panels, timber, plywood, galvanised and anti-rust applied steel etc. It is creating perfect finish for all functional and design requirements, makes luxury walls for commercial and residential use, particularly in high traffic areas.
PREPARATION OF SURFACE: All dust, dirt and foreign matter should be scraped and brushed away.  Also the surfaces should be free from salts, oil, grease and ridges. Before applying to old surfaces, ensure the substrate is firm.  First wash down the old surface with a sugar-soap solution, rinse and allow drying before repairing or applying the primer. Protect all adjacent surfaces not to be covered.  All cracks, chips, voids and damages should be repaired with repair mortars or plasters of PLUSCOAT. Prime all untreated surfaces with a suitable primer.
APPLICATION: Stir well before use. The application surfaces and area should be over *5°C. PLUSGUARD A*1, diluted with clean water in ****0%, applying in **3 coats by the roller, brush or spray.  Leave 2 to 4 hours between coats. Reserve enough material for one uniform surface and mix into one can to avoid possible colour differences. Clean tools and equipment with water after use.
CONSUMPTION: 0.***0.*5 L/m² in 2 coats of application.
HEALTH & SAFETY: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.  In case of contact with skin, wash down with clean water.  In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.  Use in a well ventilated area. 
PACKAGING & STORAGE: PLUSGUARD A*1 is supplied in *5 and 4 L plastic pails. Store material in a clean dry area, protected from direct sunlight and extreme heat and cold. Unopened containers can be stored for *2 months.  Use the oldest material first.
RECYCLING: Empty cans should be recycled or disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Liquid waste should be destroyed according to the local regulations. For packaging recycle type look on a bottom of pails.
