The quenching brine tank is referred to as a quenching salt
tank, and is called a brine quenching tank. It is a
professional customized targeted quenching and cooling
equipment based on the characteristics and requirements of
brine quenching.
Quenching brine tankThe quenching salt tank is mainly used
for quenching the mechanical workpiece in a quenching salt
tank with various salt liquids and mixed salt water solution
as quenching medium. Quenching of brine is easy to obtain a
high hardness and a smooth surface, and it is not easy to
produce soft spots that are hard to quench.
The quenching salt tank is made of a corrosion-resistant
stainless steel plate by bending and welding to form a square
and circular trough body. The quenching salt liquid is heated
by an electric heating tube, and the quenching medium is
continuously tumbling continuously up and down and left and
right through a stirring system, and the temperature of the
quenching medium is uniform and flowing. The workpiece has
small deformation and uniform quenching hardness. Optional
circulating cooling system, through the heat exchanger to
cool the brine by air cooling or water cooling, through the
automatic temperature control system, the cooling circulation
system with automatic constant temperature control system to
make the quenching salt temperature constant in the process
quenching temperature. For heavier workpieces, the hydraulic
lifting system can be added to reduce labor intensity and
improve quenching efficiency.
