The Software is integrated and it can be integrated any type of
attendance machine available in market with little
customization.
Each user having defined set of menus. Administrator can
assign the required menu to each of users.
The Main Screen having menu as described below.
Masters:- The basic screen for manage employee profiles,
Salary structure,salary formula, and shift management
modules.
Attendance:- This menu
containing Upload attendance module,View Attendance
calendars, Manage employee attendance, Approval of
attendance, sanction of leaves, defining Holidays
etc.
Salary : This
menu having module for Advances management, TA payments and
Salary processing.
Accounts: The basic
accounting module consists of Payment and receipt entry
and Ledger Report.
Report: Here various
report are available. Reports such as Attendance
report,Payment reports etc..
Admin: The major
setting required for the software are set in these modules,
The menu containing User Master, Backup
database.
Integration: The
Software is integrated to the Biometric device (Finger print
reader). So The employee attendance can be directly upload
from biometric device to Software using upload
module.
Customization: The
Product can be customized as per need. Even here we have
flexible formula's creation module for calculate the
salary's.
