GTO-NQ**-TOL
Ordinary
type window film heat insulation medium GTO-NQ**-TOL can be applied
to all kinds of PSA adhesive of laminating layer and SR glue of
scratch resistant layer whose adding amount and formulary will
change dramatically according to different coating technology and
adhesive system. Generally speaking, when heat insulation media are
added into same type adhesive by same ratio from different
suppliers, optical parameters of as prepared films will have
different VLT and heat insulation properties. So, optimal formulary
is of most importance during heat insulation media application
process. Take an example by adhesives form our company and
suggested application schemes are listed as
below: 1. When applied by slot die coater or VO
technology,viscosity of the ultimate working solution
should be leveled to **0cps. 1.1 When added into PSA of
laminating layer, suggested formulary is shown as follows if
expected VLT value is more than *5% which will produce the
so-called 7**0film: heat insulation medium
GTO-NQ**-TOL (abbr. G): thinner(toluene and ethyl acetate mixture by mass ratio
of 1:1,abbr. X): PSA of laminating
layer(abbr. S) i.e. G:X:S= 1:4:4.
So,when 1kg GTO are applied to produce 9kg working
solution,you can get dry film whose thickness is
8um. 1.2 When applied to SR adhesive of
scratch resistant layer, G:S =1:1.
So,when 1kg GTO are applied to produce 2kg working
solution, you can get dry film whose thickness is 3um.
2.When applied by gravure roll coating technology,
viscosity of the ultimate working solution should be leveled to
**0cps. 2.1 When added into PSA of
laminating layer, suggested formulary is shown as follows if
expected VLT value is more than *5% which will produce the
so-called 7**0film: heat insulation medium
GTO-NQ**-TOL (abbr. G): thinner(toluene and ethyl acetate mixture by mass ratio
of 1:1,abbr. X): PSA of laminating
layer(abbr. S) i.e. G:X:S= 1:1:4. So, 1kg GTO
can produce 6kg working solution. 3. Solid content of raw
materials:
Specific thinner(X): (ethyl
acetate:toluene)= 1:1(mass ratio)

Coating process: 3.1 Add raw materials in sequence of
A*-B*-C. The adding sequence mustnt be changed. Agitation is
essential in each step and agitation time no less than *0min are
needed. 3.2 When raw materials are added,
mixed and agitated in prescribed sequence, the mixture should
filtered using **0 mesh strainer by pressure filtration. Dry film

**0~**0mj 3.5 When other dry films of
different thickness are needed, the formulary must be changed
accordingly.
