application:
ZHENYU ultrasonic heat meter consists of flow sensor, temperature sensor and calculator and is simple to install, read and verify. It is ideal for the measurement of energy consumption in family and multiple occupancy housing, housing associations, blocks of flats and small industry.

safety requirements:

• When the power supply is stoped, the heat meter records data of heat, cumulative flow and corresponding time before power off , and can recover normal metering after the power is restored
• The metering characters will not be affected when the magnetic interference strength is not greater than **0KA/m
• The enclosure protection grade is IP*4
• According to relevant national standard, in the environment condition of dry heat, cooling, steady damp-heat, cyclic damp-heat and cryogenic storage, when the analog parameters are , the heat meter can work normally
• According to relevant national standard, in the environment condition of line-voltage variation, electrical fast transient, electromagnetic field, electric surge, power frequency magnetic field and electrostatic discharge, the heat meter can work normally  

1. The square hole straight through base meter which removed the reflection plate bracket and beam pieces makes the pipeline unobstructed and leads to no blockage and low power consumption. As detected, the pressure loss of ZY ultrasonic heat meter is 5kPa which is 1/5 of national standard.
2. Using the base meter pipe wall reflection, the ultrasonic signal of ZHENYU ultrasonic heat meter will not affect the flow measurement accuracy and stability which might be caused by the plate bracket aging deformation and shifting or heat meter pipe section eddy current.
3. The independently developed extended transducer with imported piezoelectric ceramic piece can maintain continuous emission of stable and reliable ultrasonic signal in high temperature and high pressure conditions.
4. The circuit board master chip adopts MSP**0 chip produced by American TI company with modular function, big space for extension and upgrades, less peripheral devices and low power consumption. The flow measurement chip adopts product of Germany ACAM company with stable and reliable quality.
5. With dual power supply, the calculator borrows power supply from the remote management system when the system is collecting data, while the built-in battery is in a dormant state, so that the battery life is prolonged.
6. ZHENYU ultrasonic heat meter head and flowmeter are combined structure, can be multiple direction combined and can adapt to horizontal and vertical installation. The meter head also can be unloaded and hang in somewhere convenient for checking.
7. The base meter inwall adopts anti-scaling design and will not produce scale in the long-term operating progress, thus can ensure the emission and transmission stability of flow measuring ultrasonic signal.
