As a ***7 new type instant water flow heating tube, Thick Film Heating Element can heat water flow directly inside tube, you can get boiling water in 3 seconds, ******0ml boiling water (*5℃) in 1 minute (2.2KW or 3KW).

In the application of home floor heating system, Thick FIlm Heating Tube supply circulating hot water for the heat exchage tube underfloor, and the whole house gets warm.

It is advanced in larger heating area (Tubular Structure), higher in power density(*0W/cm²), faster temperature response (up to **0℃/S), longer life time (>*0,**0 hours) and higher in thermal transfer(*6%).

As a water flow instant heating elements, Thick Film Heating Tube is in tubular structure. It can heat water flow inside tube, by the heating circuit sintered between 5 isolation layers on tube surface.

It connects with wire leads by spot-weld to silver conductor on the surface.

For applications where space is limited, this simple profile heating element offers high thermal power density and fast response times to heat up or cool down (due to low thermal mass).

Thick Film Heating Elements are widely applied in industrial water flow instant heating, electric instant water dispenser, electric water instant heating purifier, electric instant drinking water geyser, instant coffee maker, water heater under sink, faucet, instant shower heater, etc.
