- Features
• A slurry supply device for forming a continuous coating film on the coating station.
• Configurable Pump System tailored to coating speed, width, and thickness.

Components :
- Slurry Tank
• Referred to as a slurry storage device, this device mixes the slurry (solids, conductive material, binder) to achieve maximum homogeneity without breaking down particles in the slurry by adding a stirrer.
• Various types of stirrers can be selected based on the viscosity of the slurry.
(Slurry tank capacity: Max 250L)
Pump
• Used to move the coating material by injecting the mixed coating material from the stirrer using a volumetric pumping method.
• Equipped with viscosity, temperature, and pulsation control devices for accurate extrusion of the coating material.
(Specification: 4~40cc/min)
- Filter
• Mesh Filter - Removes foreign particles in the slurry.
(Filtering is possible using a mesh filter based on the size of foreign particles.)
• Magnet Filter - Removes materials in the slurry with magnetic properties.
- Servo Motor
• A device that drives the load by the control signal.
- Flowmeter
• A device that measures the flow rate of the slurry when it flows through the pump.
