An artisan olive press is situated on the farm "Le Farnie".
Here the olives are picked by hand from the trees while still green
and milled within *4 hours picking.
Extra virgin olive oil is produced with the traditional millstone
system and cold pressed only once.
This system produces fragrant extra virgin olive oil that is full
of flavour and has a distinct fruity taste.
