A herb growing from a strongly aromatic, rounded bulb composed of
around *0 to *0 cloves covered in a papery coat. The long,
sword-shaped leaves are attached to an underground stem and the
greenish-white or pinkish flowers grow in dense, spherical clusters
atop a flower stalk.
Garlic is the small, white, round bulb of a plant that is related
to the onion plant. Garlic has a very strong smell and taste and is
used in cooking. We use garlic to add a very strong flavor to the
food. If you don't want a strong taste of garlic, add one clove
instead of two.
