A polymer of starch, high carbohydrate, is composed of two polysaccharides, amylose and amylopectin.   The starch substrate (like corn starch) need stable high-temperature amylase action to produce short chain dextrin.   The grapes are mainly used for amylase, glucose syrup, high fructose syrup and alcohol industry for the hydrolysis of starch.   The high temperature stability of alpha amylase is a bacterial amylase resistant stability, fermented by Bacillus licheniformis.   This product has good high-temperature properties, widely used in starch sugar (glucose, maltose, dextrin, oligosaccharides), alcohol, beer, brewing, textile, printing and dyeing, paper and other industries.
