Product Introduction
CG***1/**2 is a new environmental protection paste product with high performance price ratio made from organic silicon modified acrylic resin by our company. Compared with the similar products on the market, CG***1/**2has the following features:super softness, dryness (strong cortical feel), good dumb light effect, good high tensile extensibility, non-sticky property, strong covering property, 8 to *0% of color ratio, rubbing fastness of more than Level 4, strong weather resistance and operability (good leveling property without stuffing the net), good washing fastness, prevention of fading and decoating after the machine washing of *6h and above in *0℃.

Operation Instruction
For the ordinary knitted fabric, the perfect effect also can be achieved by direct printing of CG***1/**2. In case of the cloth with good elasticity, the work of priming for 2 to 3 times with CG***2 is suggested before covering the surface.

Note:In the color matching process, the ratio of CG***1/**2 shall be adjusted according to the shade of the cloth, wherein the optimum condition is that the ground color of the cloth is covered, the color ratio is low, and the tensile force and feel of the paste are prevented from changing.
Overheating:CG***1/**2 is a product composed of self-crosslinking resin. When the product is well printed, it shall be put in room temperature for over 3 hours to let resin being generated with crosslinking act for overheat thus to make the product reach best effect. The overheat temperature and time shall be: **0℃×2min

Attention:
1. When use this produce to make color print, must to mix the sister productions CG***1, CG***2 together, cant be match freely.
2. If need to add the assist dose before printing, please test clearly to make sure the quantum. For example, the quantum of catalyze agent, cross-linking agent control in 0.5%*1.0%. The quantum of color fixing agent control in 1%*3%.
3. The product of CG***1/CG***2 shall be used completely in 4h after adding the assist dose, and the slurry mixed with the assist dose shall be prohibited from mixing into the original packing barrel.

Reserve: The product shall be reserved in a normal temperature of 5 to*0℃.
