Appearance and Composition:

The product refers to a viscous paste composed of high molecular polymer emulsion and a pigment.

Product Introduction

CG***1/**2 is a high elastic anti-freezing environmentally friendly high-end product prepared from polyurethane resin modified by acroleic acid by our company. At present, there is no equivalent product which can be compared with the same on the market. The product featured with excellent performance price ratio, soft feel, good elasticity, non-sticky property, strong covering power, completely free-staining while rubbing, well washing fastness (resistance to sea water washing, rinsing, pickling), strong weather resistance (strong antifreeze and anti-cracking performances, explosion-free in **5℃ for *4hours) can be applied to special fabrics such as ordinary knitted fabric, woven fabric, silicone oil fabric, spandex fabric and waterproof nylon fabric ,etc. The product with strong construction operation can be also applied to the manual and machine printed mass production.

Operation Instruction：
1. Ordinary fabric
Note: In the color matching process, the ratio of CG***1 shall be adjusted according to the shade of the cloth, wherein the optimum condition is that the ground color of the cloth is covered, the color ratio is low, and the tensile force and feel of the paste are prevented from changing.

2. Spandex fabric, rib fabric
Ordinary spandex fabric: The ordinary spandex fabric is the fabric with general elasticity and extensibility, excellent elasticity and extensibility can be achieved by direct printing of CG***1/**2, along with the same reference formula. In case of the rib fabric with good elasticity and extensibility, CG***2 is used for priming for 2 to 3 times before covering the surface for 2 to3 times.

Notes:①We suggested that the product should be used combined with FS***5 curing agent in our factory After the adding of the curing agent, FS***5 must be used completely in **8 hours; otherwise, fastness and tensile force of the paste will be reduced. Suggest using the formula for reference. Please do small test before use firstly, and subsequently carry out batch production.
② As CG***1/CG***2 belongs to the product synthesized by self-cross-linking resin, the full self-cross-linking reaction time must be provided before detection of washing fastness and fastness to rubbing, in which it is suggested that the test shall be carried out around *4 hours after the overheating.

Reserve：
The product shall be reserved in a normal temperature of 5 to *0℃.

Axpiration date: 6 months.
