Appearance and Composition
The product is a kind of ivory liquid mainly composed of high molecular polymer emulsion.
Product Introduction
A**3 is a kind of environmental friendly binder made from organosilicon-modified polyurethane resin by our company. By compared with the similar products on the market, A**3 has the features of soft feel, high transparency, bright color, good weather-resistant characteristics and so on. Meanwhile，the product has many advantages such as gooddry-and wet-rub fastness andwashing water fastness when it is appliedfor the nylon fabric, silk and chemical fibre. When the color rate is between **8%, the rubbing fastness of A**3 can reach the Level 4.5 andprevent the fading after the machine washing in 5 h and in *0℃. A**3 isdiped into hot water with the temperature of*0℃（contain 5%Libai washing powder）for 2h，and scrub it for **0 times by hand without decolor and whiting.

Operation Instruction

When A**3 is used, it is not necessary to be mixed with common printing paste. It can be printeddirectly.To reach the best effect, it is suggested to select better color that is heat and transference resisted.

Note：

If the colors are different according to the requirements of the customer, the ratio of color shall be adjusted correspondingly. Color fixing agent shall be used for mercerized cotton, Terylene and fabrics with high content of silicone oil. PC***0 produced by our company is suggested for mixing with A**3 and the amount shall be about 0.5%. Mass production and application can only be started after the customer has conducted detailed test according to the actual conditions for specific application.

Post Treatment
After the fabric sample was printed, to ensure the film forming characteristics of A**3, the sample shall be heated after being laid aside for 4 hours. The heating conditions are **0℃*3 minutes.

Reserve：
A**3 shall bereserved in a normal temperature of 5 to *0℃.
Available time: 6 months.
