Product Introductioning

CG***1/**2 is a new Gloss Elastic Paste product with high performance price ratio made from acrylic polymer by our company. Compared with the similar products on the market, CG***1/**2has the following features: non-sticky property on the printing surface, obvious anti-blocking effect, soft feel, very good elasticity, very strong resilience force, good washing fastness, strong covering power, proper drying speed and strong operability (resistance to blocking of mesh), 8 to *0% of color ratio, rubbing fastness of more than Level 3.5, prevention of fading and decoating and maintenance of original softness and tensile strength. The printing surface is feathered with very good luminance brightness and good printing effect.

Operation Instruction
For the ordinary knitted fabric and woven fabric, the perfect effect also can be achieved by direct printing of CG***1/**2.
Overheating: CG***1/**2 is a product synthesized from self-cross-linking resin. After printing, the product shall be placed at the normal temperature for 3h and above to subject the resin to self-cross-inking reaction, and subsequently subjected to overheating to realize the optimum state. The temperature and time of overheating are **0℃×2min.

Note:
1. When use this produce to make color print, must to mix the sister productions CG***1, CG***2 together, cant be match freely.
2. If need to add the assist dose before printing, please test clearly to make sure the quantum. For example, the quantum of catalyze agent, cross-linking agent control in 0.5%*1.0%. The quantum of color fixing agent should be controlled in 1%*3%.

Reserve: The product shall be reserved in a normal temperature of 5 to *0℃.

Available time: 6 months (The product must be tested again if over the available time.)
