Xylanase
Description
    Xylanase  is derived from a controlled fermentation of a strain of Trichoderma.reesei. It is an endo*1, *-beta-xylanase and can degrade the xylan in cell walls into xylooligosaccharide by destroying the hydrogen bone and covalent bond between xylan moleculars to release the nutrition from the cells.

Applications
Xylanase P can be use in the processing of soybean protein, starch and beer, to accelerate filtration and improve yield and itis a new food grade xylanase for baking purpose .This product is high quality concentrate ,and can be applied in the industry of food and feedstuff processing,
