fabric:Mattress inspection requires that the appearance
of the fabric is not damaged, no stains, no obvious color

obvious uneven soft and hard feeling.

mattress core material:the surface should be flat,
the height of the hard drum package is ≤*0 mm, and the depth of the
pit is ≤*0 m (except for the process hole); the surface should be
free of debris, no brown stems with a length ≥*0 mm and a diameter
≥6mm or brown ropes that are not decomposed; the surface of the
core material should be free of crusts formed after the

misalignment.

requirements:Fabric seam tightness is basically the

and above is not allowed.

requirements:The seam should be straight; the
surrounding arcs should be uniform and symmetrical; no exposed
burrs; no disconnection; needle skipping ≤5 places; the cumulative
length of floating thread ≤*0mm.

The inspector uses a tape measure to measure the size of the
sampled mattress as required.

aureus and Streptococcus hemolyticus should not be detected；
-The core material should not use waste materials, and should not
be mixed with plastic woven materials, straw, shavings, paper
eyebrows, mud, sand or metal and other debris；
-No decay, mildew or mildew in the core material；
-The flocculation fiber used should not be bleached；
-Materials such as fabrics and composite fabrics should not use
medical fibrous waste, waste fiber products and other similar
contaminated materials；
-Materials such as fabrics and composite fabrics should not be
moldy and deteriorate；
-The limit of hazardous substances in the mattress should meet the
relevant standards.

test
1. Drop box test
Perform a drop test in accordance with ISTA 1A standard. After

2. Needle inspection
The mattress sample is tested with a needle detector.
3. Odor check
Place the measured mattress sample 1 inch away from the nose to
smell the extent of its odor; there should be no abnormal odor.
4. Color fastness check

should be no ill effects.
5. Vertical static force test
Apply a loading pad (a rigid cylindrical object with a diameter of
**0 mm, a smooth hard surface and rounded corners with a radius of
*2 mm) and apply a force of ***0N to the center of the mattress for
1 minute without damage, deformation or other.
