• Product description
• 15000bp Plus DNA marker is the DNA solution stored in 1× Loading Buffer. It's 500bp, 1,000BP , 2000 bp,3000bp, 4000 bp, 6000bp,8000 bp,15000 bp, a total of 8 linear double-stranded DNA fragments. Band range is suitable for determining the size of a large range of DNA fragments. In 5ul product, the content of 4000 bp band is about 80 ng, other strips content is about 30 ng.
• The product can be stably stored at room temperature during normal use without degradation and dispersion of strips. In addition, the DNA band is clear and sharp, the gel lane background is good, the brightness is high and even.

• Usage
• 1. Take 5ul DNA Marker and add it into the sampling hole of agarose gel for electrophoresis (if the sampling hole is wide, it can be appropriate increase the loading quantity).
• 2. It is recommended that 0.7%-1.0% Agarose(product ID: AG0100), 5-10 V/cm, and 1×TAE buffered electrophoresis be used.Be careful to change the electrophoresis buffer and use the newly prepared gel in time to achieve the desired results.
• 3. Stain by CelRed DNA Stain(product ID: CR001), or stain with other nucleic acid dyes.Electrophoretic bands were observed under ultraviolet lamp.

• Caution:
• 1. This product has been stored in 1× Loading Buffer, so it can be electrophoreted directly, easy to use, and clear electrophoretic image;
• 2. The recommended concentration of agarose gel used in this product is 0.7-0.8%, preferably not more than 1.0%. When the gel concentration is too high,large segment bands are not easy to separate and are not suitable for TBE electrophoresis buffer.
• 3. During electrophoretic detection using an agarose gel containing CelRed DNA Stain, bands of bromophenol blue are electrophoreted into the gel about 2/3 of the length will do.
