*0 mM dNTP Mix contains dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP (*-deoxyribonucleotide *-triphosphates) and is suitable for PCR, sequencing, nick translation, fill-in, cDNA synthesis and TdT tailing reactions, and is also suitable for diluting radiolabeled dNTPs.

Components and Storage:

These nucleotides are provided in a convenient, ready-to-use solution at a concentration of *0 mM (in Tris-HCl, pH 7.5). *0 mM dNTP Mix contains all four dNTPs at a final concentration of *0 mM each.
